Terms of use

Plain terms for a simple app. By using YaySoon you agree to these and to Apple's Standard EULA.

The app

YaySoon lets you create countdowns and show them in widgets. The core app and every widget are free to use.

YaySoon Plus

Plus is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It unlocks extra features on every device signed in to the same Apple Account. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

You own your countdowns and photos. Shared cards and links you send are your responsibility.

No warranty

YaySoon is provided as is. We work hard to keep your data safe, but please keep iCloud backup on or export a backup. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Plus.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and note big changes in the app's release notes.
