How do I add a widget?

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen until the apps jiggle. Tap Edit, then Add Widget, search for YaySoon, pick a size and tap Add Widget. For the Lock Screen, touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, then Lock Screen, and tap the widget area.

My widget shows the wrong countdown.

Touch and hold the widget, tap Edit Widget, and pick the countdown. By default it shows the nearest one.

Are widgets really free?

Yes. Every widget, every size, forever. Plus only adds photos, themes, fonts, calendar import, milestone alerts and app icons.

I got a new phone. Where are my countdowns?

Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud on and open YaySoon. Your countdowns sync back. If you bought Plus, tap Settings › Restore purchase.

I'm not getting reminders.

Open iOS Settings › Apps › YaySoon › Notifications and turn on Allow Notifications. Reminders arrive at 9:00 AM local time 1 week and 1 day before.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
